There are a lot of tools to help you make your event run smoothly. You can send out invites with Paperless Post or sell tickets through Eventbrite. You can promote your event on social media like Facebook and Instagram, and reach out to local companies that have event pages to post your event there. Pick a venue that covers your needs.
Venues that come with things like chairs, tables, bathrooms and cover all your basic needs will make your event much simpler. You absolutely can host an event somewhere that you need to rent furniture, of course, but it can make the event more complex and more stressful. The more vendors you use, the more time you need to allow for planning. It’s best to go with a venue that has a list of preferred vendors. It’ll save you the search time.
Events can have a lot of moving parts, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. The most important thing to remember when you’re feeling stressed is to take a deep breath, focus on your goal, and do good work. Everyone loves an event!
